I have a journal that I log my food, track my rest, write out my affirmations, and make my gratitude list.
I drink 100 ounces of water a day.
Shakeology is what I call my daily dose of dense nutrition.
I also take a prenatal and vitamin D supplement while i’m still breastfeeding <3
